8 weeks for athletes with a previous race time of 2 hrs. 5 min to 3 hrs. This is a progressive program that includes key marker sets, race pace sets and infinite variety in the workouts. There are 3 workouts each week per discipline, including unique brick workouts. (Less than $18.95 per week of training!)

The Ultimate Olympic Distance Training Plan
10 weeks for athletes with a previous race time of 3 hrs 20 mins. to 5 hrs. Dave has designed this program starting with moderate aerobic workouts, progressing into race simulated sets. The 3 weekly workouts per discipline build up through the 10 weeks so that your confidence and ability will peak at your event. (Less than $16.95 per week of training!)
