Your Fitness Consultation with Dave Scott includes:
• Overall review of your fitness profile prior to your consultation time
• Responses to specific fitness questions
• One hour Fitness Consultation phone call
• Pre and Post Race consultation
Dave will provide a customized workout schedule, including key marker sets, total volume and workout intensity to determine your rates for:
- Perceived Exertion
- Speed
- Power
- Heart Rate
- Lactate Threshold
- Taper schedule for key races
- Strength and Conditioning exercise e-programs
During your fitness consultation, Dave will:
- Answer specific training, racing and nutrition questions
- Provide a taper schedule for key races
