The program includes your warm up, key marker sets that will provide bench marks for your progress, time trials, and work loads that simulate the Silverman course. Tips will be sent out electronically that cover training variables, nutrition, pacing, motivation and Silverman race day tactics. You will also receive handouts on pre, during and post exercise fueling, swim, bike and run tips, heart rate protocol, and perceived exertion.
