Dave will work closely with you to design a personalized and customized training day or weekend that nets results. You’ll train in the disciplines you need (Swim-Bike-Run) with a training plan that will match your fitness level with the race distance or training goal that you desire. Also included, a Strength, Flexibility and Injury Prevention exercise program to keep you strong and injury free; key workout (marker) sets to maximize your training time, nutritional advice on fueling and caloric intake to keep you healthy and bonk-free, and an impeccable sense of humor to keep your training fun.

  • Training Weekend is defined as all day Saturday and half day Sunday (weekday sessions are also available if requested)

Training Weekend, Travel Destination

  • Dave reviews your Fitness and Nutrition profile, plus answers your questions
  • Customized Training Weekend with one or all sport disciplines (Swim, Bike, Run)
  • Training Weekend outside of Boulder, Colorado, would include arrival by Dave on Friday evening or Saturday morning and departure on Sunday late afternoon or evening
  • Strength and Conditioning Exercises

Training Day or Weekend final price is determined by Dave Scott, Inc., based on duration, location, number of attendees and the specific customization of your training sessions and content.
