Thanks for your interest in joining Dave’s Training Group!
Run sessions include a combination of trail, road and track workouts that vary depending upon the time of year. Dave’s weekly workouts include lots of variety and are suited for all ages and levels of ability. A sense of humor is the only thing required. The year-round program is developed with seasonal microcycles that vary in length and intensity.
What’s the cost? A monthly fee of $35 or $10 per drop-in session

February 1: West gate of Boulder Reservoir (very fun workout)
February 8: Fairview Track
February 15: Dave’s house (product giveaway, a few stories and an exceptional hill/flat workout)
February 22: Fairview Track (marker set – follow-up from our January marker set)
February 29: Flatiron Athletic Club (review strength schedule* and 45′ run)
*Strength schedule will be sent out February 6th
